REGISTRARSE

• Hora de Check-In: 17:00 h (o como acordemos específicamente)

• Proceso de Check-In: Simona (+34 692 88 60 68) será su anfitriona, le dará la bienvenida a su llegada y le mostrará la casa. Si llega tarde, puede usar el sistema de auto check-in con caja de seguridad, situada a la izquierda de la puerta de entrada.

VERIFICAR

• Hora de salida: 11:00 h

• Proceso de Check-Out: Simona se reunirá con usted en la casa.

ANTES DE IRSE

Asegúrese de que todos los platos estén limpios y guardados.

Deseche toda la basura en los contenedores designados al otro lado de la carretera (residuos generales, papel, plástico, orgánico y vidrio).

Cierre todas las ventanas excepto la del baño de arriba y bloquee todas las puertas; apague todos los dispositivos y luces.

Deje toallas usadas y sábanas en el baño de la planta baja.

Devuelva las llaves a la caja de seguridad o entrégueselas al anfitrión.

DEPÓSITO DE SEGURIDAD

• Infringir normas implicará cargos contra el depósito o la tarjeta (según la plataforma de reserva).

Welcome to Casa Oliver

We are delighted to have you as our guest. This guidebook will hopefuly provide all the essential information you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

House Address

Check-In

• Check-In Time: 5 pm or as we agreed specifically
• Check-In Process: Simona (+34 692 88 60 68) will meet you at the house and show you around. In case you arrive late, we also have self-check-in with a lockbox. It is located on to the left at the entrance gate. 

Check-Out

• Check-Out Time: 11 am
• Check-Out process: Simona will meet you at the house

Before You Leave

• Ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away
• Dispose of all trash in the designated bins on the other side of the road. You will find general waste, paper, plastic, bio and glass separately
• Close all windows except for the bathroom on the top and lock all doors, turn all devices and lamps off please
• Leave used towels and bedsheets in the downstairs bathroom
• Return keys to the lockbox / hand over to the host

Security deposit
There is a security deposit of 300 EUR that we collect upon arrival and return to you when you leave and the house and everything inside it is in a nice, clean, not broken condition, not missing. If anything broken or missing (e.g. keys are lost, window glass broken), we must deduct its cost from the deposit.

House Rules

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed
• Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 pm-8am. Also there is silent siesta time between 3-5 pm.
• No parties are allowed. This is a quiet community for families and people who wish to relax.
• If any house or community rules are broken, the penalty will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to your card (depending on the platform you used for the booking).

Keys

• You will have 2 sets of keys. Both will have keys for the entrance gate, the main entrance door, the kitchen-terrace door and the outside garden gate (located between the garage entrances)
• Also, you will have one remote control for the garage.
• There is a small key that opens the gate of the padel court.

WHAT TO FIND IN THE HOUSE

Living Room

• Comfortable seating area. If you need extra sleeping space, the sofa can be used for one person to sleep.
• TV with HDMI cable. We have no TV subscription, you can use the HDMI to broadcast from your device.
• Wi-Fi:

• Upstairs we have a device to strengthen the Wi-Fi signal in the house, make sure you do not unplug it at the corridor. It is called the same network ending with 'EXT'

Kitchen

• Fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave
• Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, toaster
• To turn on the coffee machine, just simple push any button at the top and wait until it stops flashing. Then you can select the length of coffee you wish to have.
• Basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) and some essentials are also available for your convenience (rice, pasta, sauces, etc.). Feel free to use anything you like, but please make sure you refill everything before your departure.
• You can find extra trash bags and dishwasher capsules in the drawer in the corner of the counter.
• There are cleaning materials in the downstairs bathroom.
• Trash cans are marked: general / plastic / paper. Please collect trash separately.
• Cutlery you will find in the drawer below the oven.
• Knives are in a ‘hidden’ drawer inside at the top the drawer with spices right to the oven.
• You will find some welcome gift on the dining table and in the fridge. Enjoy :)

Bedrooms

• There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 with double beds and one with a bunkbed
• All bedrooms are prepared for you with fresh linens and towels
• You will find extra blankets in the wardrobe
• All 3 wardrobes have hangers
• If you need more sleeping area, you request to use the double-size inflatable mattress and place in the living room or in the 3^rd bedroom upstairs with the bunkbed. Just need to plug it to electricity and it will inflate itself in 2 minutes. Extra people to stay are 50 EUR / person / night.
• If you have a baby or toddler and would need a baby cot, let us know so we can prepare the baby cot for you. It has a charge of 20 EUR / stay. It includes a high chair as well.

Bathroom(s)

• Towels, washcloths and toilet paper
• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
• Hairdryer
• The water boiler is located in the kitchen and it needs a minute to warm up the water. Make sure you set the handle to the left in each shower to get warm water.

Parking

• Private parking is available, right below the house. There are 2 slots, marked A13. 
• You can access it by car from the street Ciguena Negra, with a remote control. You can access the garage on foot from the house by going out to the patio and then to the right.

Amenities

• There is floor heating in the entire living room & dining room area and radiator upstairs
  
• Washing machine is located in the guest bathroom downstairs
• Washing liquids are also provided, you can find them next to the machine.
• Use the “II” box for washing liquid and the middle box for pouring softener. If you want to use capsules, just drop them among the clothes.
• Ironing board available in the 3^rd bedroom with bunkbed
• Air ventillator is placed in the living room for summer stays

Safety Features

• First aid kit location: below the TV station in the drawer

Community garden & amenities

• The community garden is for all guests to enjoy. Please respect others and the rules indicated in the common areas. No smoking, no pets allowed. Kids must be supervised. No parties.
• The pool area is usually open from May 1 to October 30. There is a large swimming pool and a children’s pool.
• Padel: If you would like to book the padel court, let us know and we can do it for you. One appointment is allowed per day and only 2 days ahead max.
• The playground is located between the padel court and the pool area. Kids must be supervised.

• Grocery Stores: Mercadona is the best option, it is 100m far only and has everything you need.
• Bazar Zhang and Commercial de la Vega: Chinese stores with various items to buy.
• Pharmacy: Farmacia el viento is the closest

• Baleo Claudia, ancient roman ruins with ocean view, 30 min drive (2-3 h)

• Dolphin and whale watching boats from Tarifa (3h)
• kitesurfing: if you need recommendations for kite schools or rentals, let me know
• best beach with lively vibe: Valdevaqueros. Perfect for kite, great for just beach and eating also
• Bolonia, Zahara. Nice towns near Tarifa, by car 30-45 min
• also there are surf schools for kids in the mornings
• and scube diving lessons
